Entry into first floor of Taft Hall does have accessible doors. Signage for classroom numbers and the center are now in braille.
There are gender-neutral, single stall restrooms located on the 2nd floor of Burnham Hall next to the elevator which is adjacent to Taft Hall and connected on the 2nd floor by a covered walkway. Additional gendered, multi-stall restrooms are available on the 2nd floor of Taft Hall.
To support UIC’s sustainability efforts, there are public water fountains throughout the building. We encourage folks to bring their own water bottle/bag.
